The staff was welcoming and understanding!

The room I stayed in was quite dated and showed signs of significant wear. I encountered some unsettling issues, particularly with the cleanliness. the bottom bedsheets had stains that made me question their cleanliness. Additionally, the coffee pot had not been properly cleaned, and there was leftover mold from a previous guest. Overall, I felt uneasy about the hygiene standards during my stay.

The toilet was finicky, but the bed seemed comfortable enough for our stay.

The Standard Queen Room had a retro 70’s vibe that I found charming. The bed felt comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the well-priced accommodation, especially with Theodore Roosevelt National Park just an hour away. When I called to inform them about arriving late, they were very understanding and accommodating. However, upon entering the room, I noticed the bed needed to be made, and the coffee pot contained mold, which was unsettling. This made me question the deep cleaning process, and I wondered if the sheets were actually laundered properly. The toilet also required some fiddling to flush correctly, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the friendly staff and low rates might bring me back in the future, but cleanliness definitely needs to be prioritized next time.

absolutely dreadful experience at this motel, the toilet was so finicky it was like a puzzle! and the moldy coffee pot? i contemplated calling the health department. i expected a room upgrade for enduring such nonsense, but instead, was treated like a mere nobody. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't with all these issues.

great access to museums and parks for city explorers

the welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable and the convenient location allowed us to easily walk to the Pioneer Trails Regional Museum and enjoy the parks nearby for our weekend exploration.

I loved the spacious Standard Queen Room with an extreme 70’s vibe, and the bathroom had ample counter space. Just wish there were more options for coffee nearby! Would definitely choose this place again!
